Returns & Exchanges

GOLF le FLEUR* accepts returns on unworn, unwashed, and undamaged items within 14 days of delivery. All original tags and custom packaging must be intact to qualify for a refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return.

• 2.
  Prepare Package

  Place the items in their original GOLF le FLEUR* packaging and secure them in a sturdy shipping box to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Affix Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email and attach it clearly to the outside of your return parcel.

• 4.
  Drop Off

  Deliver your package to the designated courier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
